Sefora Refuses Acommodations

I have reached out to sephora multiple times because I have a sephora card for store credit. It was given to me for items that I bought online and returned prior to the 30 days deadline. The card can only be used in store, but now I have a health issue that prevents me from the home. I asked sephora if I could send a picture of it with the card number so that a friend can use it in store and they said no. I asked if they could then transfer the amount in the card to an online credit and they also said no. Ive been told multiple times by multiple advisors that their managers are denying my request multiple times and are being told to end my chat. I ask what I am supposed to do with money I am not getting back despite returning appropriately and they literally told me "the card doesn't expire", all while ignoring my health.
