I was wondering if there’s a way to see my entire Sephora purchase history, both online and in-store, from when I first made my account up until now. When I check my order history, it only shows the past year, so at the moment I can only see purchases from 2025.

@Julieuhz No, your purchase history will only hold so many items and typically does not go back further than 2 years.

That’s so odd! I’m trying to do a warranty claim and looking for my past purchase a lil over two years ago. It’s not there of course. 

I hope Sephora dev changes this. If other big box stores can save all of your previous orders, they should too. Especially for warranties and recalls and class action lawsuits. 

No one is keeping paper receipts for every item brought.
