Second order in a row with no samples :(

Ok so the first order that came with no samples was placed over the phone due to a coupon error. I asked the lady if I would still receive my samples since I had an issue ordering online. She informed me that I would and asked me which ones I had wanted. I then proceeded and completed my order with her. When I received my package there weren't any samples at all. So, I emailed Sephora, got a response, and was ultimately credited with some rewards points.. All good.. Well I just got another order in the mail today and I placed this order online! No free samples and none were listed as out of stock at checkout! This rarely happens and I know you guys replace the samples with another if what I chose is out of stock. But, to not put any at all in the box? I don't understand and I am frustrated...

Same! My last 2 orders in Dec and Jan. didn't have samples in them!

I was wondering if it was just me. Weird to see this is happening to a lot of people recently. My last 2 orders (Dec 26 & Jan. 4) both did not have samples with them. I contacted the company the first time and they apologized but that was it. Never contacted them after the second time.
