Second Package stolen by veho!

Please if you value your customers stop using VEHO, this is the second time my package has been stolen by them, my most recent order has a complete joke as a proof of delivery photo, they posted a picture of a bunch of sephora packages in a box right beside their car, my package went out for delivery at 1:42 in pompano beach and was "delivered" at 2pm to HIaleah its at least a 30 minute drive. I never recieved my order. I have 0 trust in ordering now because sephora wont refund or reship my package and veho customer service is abysmal. I love shopping here but I cannot if you continue to use veho and I lose my hard earned money. Its not hard to find a more reliable delivery company. There are so many complaints about VEHO PLS STOP USING THEM. Sincerely a frustrated patron.

Same. I got my package first delivered by Veho and lost my first Sephora package today. It showed delivered by 6:40 pm, but now when I check my frontdoor it is still 4:30 pm this day. I bet they just take a photo and take my package, cause I've lived here for 2 years and it never happened before.

My package was also stolen last night. They took a picture of it in front of my house as confirmation and I’m assuming they just put the package in their car & left. It’s not at my house & I know my neighbors didn’t take it. Really disappointed that they’re using this sketchy delivery company. I have filed a claim with sephora & they said I would get a response within 48hrs.

@HGx1, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
