Scratched Pin on Gift Card

I just got a gift card with the pin completely scratched off. I was told by customer service that I had to contact the gifter, but they havent gotten a response on how to fix this situation either. The point looks like it scratched off completely with a knife or something and that is odd.

@HoneyBeeBea, I'm sorry to hear this! The pin is required to redeem the gift card online. However, you should still be able to redeem it in store. I recommend contacting your local Sephora store for assistance.
