Scratch off pin and code

Has anyone gotten a resolution for their gift card account number and pin being scratched off? I’m stuck right now. I head it can be swipe at Sephora store but it about 5 hours drive to get to Sephora store. $250 Sephora card

@abefe124Generally, Sephora gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. I'm really sorry about that.
You may still be able to redeem the gift card in-store. I understand your local Sephora isn’t nearby, but please note that both the gift card number and PIN are required for online redemption. For further assistance and more information, I recommend contacting the Sephora store you plan to visit.
