Scheduled Same day delivery

Hi, I am trying to pay the extra fee to have my Sephora delivered on the same day but at a certain time but it says to try again later. I know stores just opened, how long should I wait to try again?

I would never recommend doing same day delivery anymore. This is the second time I paid for it, expecting to receive it same day and save a trip in only to either never receive it (as in this instance) or receive the item the next day. Oh and they couldn’t process a refund until the system auto cancels it from not being delivered. So now I’m just out that money and have to spend double to get the same product.

I ordered an item to be delivered today and It was never delivered. I ordered bc I need the item for today and couldn’t make it to the store. Alll I’ve seen since I ordered is order in process. I want a refund on my same day fee  which wasn’t delivered and know if the item wil be delivered tomorrow or not. I don’t want to have to purchase it somewhere else and that they either deliver tomorrow or cancel or leave me in a limbo.
