Scent certificate

I have a scent certificate and trying to redeem it online. There is no code to enter, I scanned the barcode but had no luck. I also tried entering the code underneath the barcode. 

Has anyone had this issue or can help assist?

I just had this same issue for the last 10 minutes but after exiting my cart and going back in it suddenly recognized the promo code it had previously said it didn’t recognize. Maybe try exiting the cart and going back in?
