Scent Certificate

I have a scent certificate I was gifted 2 years ago, with a barcode. The nearest store is 45 minutes away, and I have no time to drive that distance. I have contacted customer service, but they said I can only redeem one that has a number code. What do I do? I am hoping I have not wasted my money!

Hi @Lorr101,

 

My apologies! The older scent certificates cannot be redeemed online and I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. However, it will never expire and can be redeemed in any freestanding Sephora store.
