Scent Certificate Online Redemption

I purchased the New at Sephora Perfume Sampler and cannot get the Scent Certificate to work even though it says I can redeem online. I've tried both the codes located under the Certificate Promo Barcode and the Vivabox Certificate Barcode with no success. Can an example be posted that shows what part of the code should ACTUALLY be entered to redeem online?

I'm sorry for the trouble with redeeming your voucher! I believe sometimes the "1" in the barcode can be mistaken for the letter "I." If you happened to enter an I from the barcode and it did not work, please try entering a 1 instead. If the issue persists please let us know. Thank you!
