Scent Certificate Online Redemption

I ordered the Sephora Self Care Sunday kit and and am trying to use my scent certificate to get the Rosie perfume online. The certificate says it can be redeemed online but the promo code is not valid. I have triple checked that it is a qualifying item and that I am entering the code correct. Anyone have any help they can offer?
