Scent Certificate Issues

Hi,

 

Im trying to redeem my fragrance with this scent certificate. first, I was having trouble with the code then I finally got it work. I go to check out and it’s $0 and says no payment details needed and I click submit order and it says “error splitting payments” or “CVV required” but it won’t let me edit payment because it says “no payment required.” Seems like it’s a bug. Can someone help me submit my order online? It should have gone through
