Scammed?

Hello, so I ordered some stuff and they sent me some wrong things so I call them and they say they are going to replace my order. I get the email everything is fine I wait for around 4 days and nothing happens, no order number or anything. So I decide to log into my account and to my surprise, it says it is under surveillance, so I call Sephora up and they say that they are going to submit a report so I can access it. 3 days goes by nothing changes so I call again and they say my account is being deactivated for FROD!!!! I am very disappointed in Sephora and now will not be getting my items and I don't know if I can trust them. Has this happened to anyone else?
