Savings Discount Not Applied

Hi Sephora,

I had trouble with the YAYSAVE coupon code last night. I still purchased my order and the coupon was indicated as working. However, the Sephora Collection item in my cart didn't get a discount.

I understand that the Sephora Savings Event said there may be exclusions but I thought all Sephora Collection items were 30% off. Could you help provide further knowledge or assistance? Thank you!
