Saved products are gone

  1. Is anyone else having issues with saving products? My entire list I had saved is gone! Now I cannot even save any products. Not a great time of year for this to happen, that is for sure.

I'm sorry to hear this! If you're using the app, please uninstall and reinstall the app on your device. If you're using the web browser, please try clearing your cookies and cache. You may need to look up how to do this on your specific device. Please also try switching to another browser. If the issue persists afterwards, please let us know.

I did try your suggestions and no luck. It’s a bad time of year to lose around the holidays. ☹️
