Samples

I received my order today & I got 3 samples when I should have had 5. Only one of them is what I requested. This has been happening with most orders for the last year or so, and sometimes I get no samples. I finally decided to say something b/c clearly something is wrong. This didn’t happen years ago, I don’t know what is going on. Please help me, thx.
