Do you get to chose your samples when ordering?

In my past four Sephora orders, I have only received one of my two samples, and usually the one sample is not what I had selected when I placed my order. I have given up trying to elicit any change to this problem by contacting Customer Service. Honestly what can CS do to resolve the ongoing issue with the fulfillment warehouse? I have given up complaining.
