Is anyone else constantly missing samples in their orders this year? In the last few months, all but one of my orders were missing their samples. If you have, we’re you able to get any support on this to prevent this from happening?

I honestly look forward to the samples because it’s a nice way to try new products that you’ve been hearing about or wanting to buy. TBH sometimes I wait to place my order because I’m waiting for new samples LOL
