The fact that Sephora does not even bother to add samples to shipments anymore. First, they reduce it from 3 to 2 and then they won't even send the 2 samples selected or even a replacement. Smh.

I also noticed this. I have still been getting samples ( though i have four orders coming or that I havent opened to check) but they are never the samples I pick. I dont mind not getting the ones i pick, but Im confused on why we have an option if they are going to send random ones anyway! i think they should just offer sample categories (skincare, makeup, fragrance, etc) and see how that works!

That's why alot of shoppers are turning to Ulta. Maybe I should take my money there too.
