Samples

My package from rouge sale came in today, and there is 0 sample in the box. It is already bad that we are only allowed 2 samples instead of 3 now, and often time the sample is not what I selected. But nothing at all? Why bother asking us to pick sample at all if Sephora is not planning to send any!??
