Samples

For about the fourth time in a row, my most recent online order showed up without any samples! I don’t have time to go to the Sephora store whenever I need something, and I love trying new Sephora samples and tend to base my purchase timing off of what samples are available so I can try new things. Why aren’t sample orders tracked in real time and removed from the offerings once sold out? And even if the samples I selected are out of stock when my order ships, why wouldn’t they send different samples that are in stock??
