My last 2 orders have arrived with no samples! I never complained last time but I will this time. From the way it looks, it is being a common occurance. I'm confused as to why you would even offer them if they aren't included? I also sent an email to customer service only to get an auto-reponse that pretty much says "too bad so sad". I just renewed my flash shipping with this purchase which was to arrive yesterday and finally came today-I know it was weather related but this all leaves such a bad taste in my mouth!

....and now I just opened my birthday set and it's missing the lipstick. What a total disappointment this entire experiece has been!
