Samples?

What is it with Sephora samples? Not receiving the 3 samples I requested has been a problem for some time but now I'm not even getting 3 samples at all.

Face it, Sephora, the idea of trying new samples is part of the allure of your company. I requested 3 fragrance samples with my order and received none of them. Instead I got a men's scent that I did not want. But the kicker is that when I go to Sephora's current sample page, ALL 3 of the fragrances that I requested are listed as being available as sample choices!

Over the years I spent a lot of money with Sephora and, not only am I disappointed to not receive the samples I requested (which are shown as still available) but to not get 3 samples at all really takes the cake. Is there no one in quality control who checks the packages before they go out to see that 3 samples are actually put into their customers' boxes?

No theres not unfortunately. All they’re going to do is offer you more points which is annoying. I’ve been down this road before. Ridiculous.
