I️ just received my package in the mail got everything in the mail except 2 samples, only received one what should I️ do??

I️ called Sephora and they said it was due to out of stock samples and the girl gave me 250 free points so call!!!!

I didn't get any today when my package arrived 😞 The past two times, they were the wrong samples. I may add that my package came 1 week later, despite 2 day flash shipping. I think Sephora has a lot of work to do in regards to customer satisfaction.
