Samples - yay!

I just wanted to say kudos for whatever change there has been in sample fulfillment. For months my boxes would come with either a random assortment of samples I had no interest in or no samples at all but my past few boxes have had exactly what I selected. I realize that the samples are freebies but it was very frustrating because I really do carefully choose my samples for things that I want to try out and use. I don't like returning used products because of the ridiculous waste and being able to sample products before buying them makes me much more likely to purchase as well as reducing the risk of return. So thank you for working out the kinks and getting me the samples I asked for!

And a serious kudos to you. All you can see is people pointing out bad things about Sephora and CS and when things go right it goes unnoticed because it's expected. All you see here is negativity pretty much so you're awesome!
