Samples no longer offered?

Sephora used to offer 3 free samples with orders, then they cut it to 2. Now there’s not even an option to pick any samples at all. There have been NO samples shown for my last two orders. The first time, I thought it was some kind of website glitch, but maybe it’s a new policy. I became a regular customer for a number of products I tried via the small samples, and I think discontinuing them is very shortsighted.

There is still no option to select samples.... Is this a glitch that hasn't been fixed??? There is no prompt on the bottom right anywhere during checkout or at the basket.

@Ellieonsephora You should have the option to select samples with your order. Are you shopping our app, desktop or mobile site?

@Broo127 sorry for the confusion! We still include two samples per merchandise order. However, they must be selected on the first page of checkout. On the first page of checkout, click on the "add up to 2 free samples" tab to select your samples then click "done"!

Thanks, but that has not been an option at all on my last two orders. I can send you screen shots, if you want. 
The checkout page has looked different, and I assumed the website had been redesigned. Maybe it’s just a glitch of some kind, because I’ve noticed other issues with the website recently. But there has been no mention of samples anywhere in the checkout page I’m seeing, or anywhere else on the site that I’ve been able to find. 
If there still is no option to select samples the next time I place an order, I will take a screen shot and send it to you.

I'm also having this same issue. Wanted to make a purchase but if samples are still being offered I want to wait until it's fixed because I love the samples!!

@vaillank On the first page of checkout on the app, you'll need to scroll down toward the bottom! You should see a tab that says "add up to 2 free samples".

 

On the first page of checkout on desktop, toward the bottom right you'll see a tab that also says "add up to 2 free samples".

 

If you're not seeing either of these, can you please send me a private message with a screenshot of the first page of checkout so I can take a look? Thank you!

@shoppingboy Sorry to hear that! Please note that samples depend on availability and may not always be included with online orders. I understand this might be disappointing and I wish I could provide a specific timeline for when they'll be available again. Rest assured, we're always working to provide the best for our customers.
