Samples missing

I recently ordered an order online and selected 3 samples and received none of them. Not even any substitutions. This happened on my last order as well.

Received my order today. No samples, no substitutions, and they were not even listed on the invoice. Truly disappointing. It seems like this is a very ongoing problem with Sephora that is turning customers away. One of the reasons I shop Sephora is for the samples so I can try products before I purchase full size. It feels cheap that Sephora is shorting tons of customers samples... maybe it's time to go elsewhere.

Same. It’s happened on my last 3-4 orders. Super annoying and comes across as cheap!
