Samples missing 5 straight orders?!?

I just received another order shipment from Sephora today...And guess what? Missing Samples again?! This is my fifth straight box with no Samples... and tons of people are complaining about it on this forum.. what is sephora doing to solve this problem? It’s frustrating. I’m vib rouge and I shop with sephora bc I like to try new products. How can this happen now every time I place an order?
