Samples inside the store

So disappointed in the South Coast Plaza annex store on Bear Street. Went in to get samples of 2 foundation formulas I wanted to try. Three associates milling around and one asked if I needed help. Asked for the specific samples and she said someone would get them for me but both of those girls were busy doing makeovers. Uh, can’t you give them to me? Guess not. I was left waiting for 10 minutes which isn’t long unless you are just standing there waiting. In the meantime, those 3 associates continued doing nothing! Finally left empty handed. Ulta has the Lancôme. Guess I’ll go there.
