Samples idea?!

Good morning! About samples @ your retail stores!! I got samples yesterday from my local Sephora and they were the worse samples ever. She squirt like one drop of product into the container. My suggestion would be to or fill round containers to the brim and date them in another box. Think that would be Easier for the customer and employee. Every time I go to Sephora they always fill it up to the top this is unacceptable. I even talk to the manager about it and she was so rude and I also made a complaint. But I do suggest to try the JCPenney Sephora because their way much more professional and courteous

Now we are guaranteed a full Container. This is unacceptable, how my supposed to know if it breaks me out or anything that’s why they should give out full customized samples just like the premade samples for example. Also the manager said we’re not allowed to get two of the same sample. While I highly doubt that because not everybody reacts to the skin the stain and plus you would have to use it for at least 2 to 3 days to make sure it works. I had a very bad experience with the Main Sephora in my area but the JCPenney Sephora Was a way better experience

Can you revise the sample policy!! Im also reading other customers are having the same problem in different Sephora’s around USA. Why cause the employees are hoarding the free perks and samples. Share the wealth. Seriously. I’m so upset. Not at Sephora at that Deptford mall manager for not following the rules
