Samples forgotten from order

I just recently ordered $60 worth of product, and used a code for four free foundation samples  (one of the reasons I decided to spend $60!!). Everything shipped except for the four samples. My online Sephora order shows these samples in the basket and so does the packing slip, but alas no samples were in my box when it arrived. I was really looking forward to them and I would like to know why they did not come.
