Samples are not what I picked

I spend more than I should with Sephora but love the products.. my problem was is I only pick samples I will use and when you send something different you not only lose a sale .. you make the customer unhappy.

Same here! Which is really frustrating because the two I asked for:

not ok in my opinion esp as like you I am a Rouge and we spend our hard earned money here and it seems like our loyalty is disregarded with this company more and more.

@ShelbyGrandma I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
