Samples are always missing

hi. I’m a rouge member and I’m getting frustrated at not receiving the samples I chose or not receiving them at all. if you are out of the chosen samples doesn’t it make sense to add others? I also can’t tell you how many times I have placed orders and samples were not included, despite what the packing slip says.
