Samples and rewards

I don’t really know how to use samples and rewards on the Sephora app. Am I supposed to scan the bar code of my receipt from mine in-store purchase?

We include two complimentary samples with every merchandise order at http://Sephora.com. You can also request for samples in store; no purchase is necessary to request for them in store.

Additionally, we released new rewards on our website every Tuesday and Thursday around 9am PST here:

sephora.com/rewards

Please note the rewards are limited and available while supplies last.
