Samples and Shipping

Lately I've been tracking my shipments.  Here are the results for the past two weeks:

6/27    Olive Branch MS    Received no samples
6/28    Olive Branch MS    Received no samples
7/5      Aberdeen, MD        Received two samples I requested and one substitute                                                   which was useless to my skin tone.
7/9      Aberdeen, MD        Received three requested samples
7/11    Olive Branch MS     Received three requested samples
7/11     Aberdeen, MD        Received three requested samples

So they are at 61% with providing the requested samples or even any samples.  I have purchased full sized products after trying samples, so by not providing them, Sephora is losing money.  Additionally as a consumer who has already re-qualified for Rouge status for 2019, those little things are the types of things that could make me choose to take my business elsewhere.

I will also say that Aberdeen has been using Laser Ship who absolutely suck and often leave my packages at a house with the same number a street away.  Fortunately the lady who lives there is a friend.  Why Sephora is using this terrible company is beyond me--you get what you pay for.
