Samples and Reward for International Shipments

I have been just giving up on choosing samples/rewards because I can't find one that ships to Japan.

Do they even exist?

A regular purchase would let me know that it can't be shipped here, but samples/gifts won't let you know until you get to checkout and it blocks you from checking out with a message that "one or two more items can't be shipped where you live".  It doesn't specify what that product is, but when I delete the samples I can checkout.

Can we have the same benefits as the US customers?  We already pay for the shipping!

Hi @Anonymous   We are unable to include promotional offers, gift with purchase, Beauty Insider Rewards, or smart samples with international orders due to customs and shipping regulations. I understand this can be disappointing and I will share this feedback with the appropriate department.

thanks for the quick reply. That’s disappointing but I’m glad I know now. I hope the situation changes in the near future.
