Samples....again!?

I'd hate to keep complaining about this but once again I was delivered my order missing samples. I get that they're free, but I like to try things before committing to buying, so I look forward to the samples that come with my orders. Today I was delivered a box that had my concealer that I paid for, a mobile offer item, and one sample (which wasn't even any of the ones I selected) ...and it was such a waste for those two tiny items and a sample to take up a whole box...I don't understand why they broke up my order into two shipments with those tiny items...the brown paper took up more room than those tiny items combined! It just seems wasteful and I was super disappointed when I opened that box.

Actually never mind, that one sample wasn't even a sample, it was basically a flyer telling me what new fragrances Sephora has for fall...

I received 2 orders today, no samples, not even substitutes for the ones I requested. Disappointed again. I also received 2 Ulta orders, no samples.  😕
