Samples Never Correct

I've never had a sample arrive with my order that is the what I chose in the app over the many years I've been rogue. It's always the fragrance that comes or some dried out foundation sample that no one wants.

Now with the latest order, no samples are included at all!

I'd love to try new things, especially if they are brands that I've never used before, and expand my shopping list.

But this system is clearly not working when your employees at your warehouses are taking all the samples themselves. Why even offer a choice of samples when it's never going to happen??

I just got an order tonight with missing samples, one of which I was really excited to try. I went and searched the forums to find out this is happening to a lot of people. What a piss off! I am so disappointed right now. I did email them, I’m hoping they’ll do something.
