Samples: Both Incorrect and Missing Entirely Between Two Orders

Placed an order 8/28, selected three samples. Box arrives and no samples are present. Welp, I think to myself, these things happen and they were free so it's not worth complaining about even if I am disappointed. Placed second order 8/30, selected three samples. Box arrives today and three samples are present. Hooray! Except not a single one is what I picked out. Disappointed again. I realize it's petty to complain about not getting my "free" stuff (which is already built into the cost of my order anyway) but as long as these samples are marketed as part of the Sephora online shopping experience, I want them. Sephora has trained me to want them. Sephora has nudged me into thinking I am getting more for my money, so I should spend my money at Sephora. I know Customer Service is forever mopping up the mistakes of other departments/people, but anything you can do to internally communicate what a widespread problem this has become would be appreciated. We are not getting the experience we are paying for. Thank you.

I agree! Same thing happens to me. I placed an order last month and only received 1 of 3 samples, and when I do get all 3, it's never the samples I select. I can understand if stock runs out of a certain one, but EVERY time I've ever placed an order, I've never received the samples I pick out. If that's the case, why let us pick? Just throw some in so we are not expecting a certain thing. I placed an order a few days ago and am waiting for it to be delivered any minute now, so we will see what happens this time.
