Sample mishap

I just received my order, I know samples are free and whatnot but um why did i just receive an old used men’s cologne sample? I didn’t get my chosen two free samples at all I got someone’s trash lol 😭

@kittycat467 I'm sorry to hear this! We do have to make substitutions if the samples you select are unavailable in the distribution center that is processing your order. I apologize for the disappointment and will share this feedback with the appropriate department.
