Sample dishonesty?

Does Sephora purposely list interesting quality free samples that they know they will run out of or never had to begin with? It’s been a long time since I’ve received the samples I have chosen and they frequently give me lousy perfume instead; I have orange Chanel 22 since I was 20 so I’m not interested in their perfumes. It’s very disappointing that a large company would do this on such a consistent basis. I’d be interested in learning if there are other companies that are more honest about the samples they will provide as although I am Ruby level it may be worth switching. After all, it’s hard to believe that Sephora couldn’t better count their inventory of samples if they want it to be honest and accurate with customers.

This is listed on our website here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/samples-promotion#FreeSamples And on our samples page here > https://www.sephora.com/beauty/free-beauty-samples We will do our best to include the samples that you selected at checkout but sometimes they do go out of stock by the time we pack your order. I understand this is disappointing and I'm sorry we were unable to send the ones you originally selected!
