Sample didn’t arrive and just received 25pts as compensation

Not happy about the 25pts vs my Marc Jacobs sample that didn’t arrive with my order. They could’ve handled the online inventory better so you know what to expect. It’s disappointing that they can just shut you up with 25pts because they don’t ship samples. Could’ve emailed you that it won’t arrive or better, send a replacement. Now I need to reach 500 pts so I can get that compensation. -_-
