Sample change????

Did Sephora change their online samples from 3-2? If so, my life will never be the same. I don’t know if anyone is like me but I looooove the samples! They are one of the highlights of getting my Sephora packages! 😩😩😩😩

yes it does! and no explanation given on why the cut down on samples.
first i think samples per transaction is stupid, much better if it's determined by how much you spend on the order.

and anyway, you might not even receive any samples or the sample you selected. (i have received foundations, mens shaving cream!? etc even i selected perfume samples)

Just noticed today that the samples have been changed to two per transactions.  It sucks but I haven't been able to grab any good samples that suit my skin type/tone the last few times I shopped online, and when I do, they never come with my package.  Disappointing.

yes, looks like the change happened over. Why do they keep changing things for the worse? I love my samples, it's how I've found so may great products. definitely a reason why I'm spending more money at SDM these days, awesome points and samples.

I looove Sephora! I hope this two sample thing isn’t true. If it is, will they limit the samples you get in the store as well?

Sephora should rethink this.  It's a small "price to pay" for customer retention and up until now, was a perk of shopping at Sephora as opposed to Ulta.  Bad call Sephora.

Hi, I too was surprised by this since it seems counterintuitive to lower the number of samples. I would go up, not down, since it helps people decide what they like and ultimately buy more. Yes you can go to a store to ask for a sample, but it's not the point. You also want a range to choose from ( you may not know what you want until you see it). Oh, well.

am quite upset too. thats why i shop at sephora. will go to shoppers drug mart where i can get 3 samples then
