Sample bag cancelled

This is concerning order #7636630432. I am very disappointed that the sample bag was cancelled from my order. The main reason that I ordered the product was for the sample bag and my order took longer than usual to process. I checked the code BAGOFCHEER and it still shows that the sample is available, so I am confused as to why it was cancelled from my order.
