Sample Out of Stock

Hello, 

 One of perks of shopping with Sephora is using the promo codes for their Beauty Offers. It's a great incentive for customers to spend a certain amount of money to receive an additional free item. Unfortunately, I received an email that said the sample I selected is out of stock but I'm not sure if another item will be sent as a substitute. How can I confirm this because it's a bit disappointing since that beauty offer pushed me to buy something extra as well.

I actually spoke with a Sephora Consultant regarding another matter but she noticed that my item was canceled and selected another one sample for me. So the matter is resolved, but thank you for replying to my post!
