Sample Cologne Gift Set

I purchased a cologne sampler gift set for my grandpa for his 92nd birthday. Unfortunately he threw out the paper with the code on it and feels terrible now. Is there a way to get a copy of the code from my order# or proof of purchase? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have to say, I am very disappointed. Googling this issue, it appears it's quite a common occurrence. Many people mentioned that the coupon code doesn't exactly stand out. I believe it judging by how many people have posted a similar situation. It's almost like the company is banking on this to happen based on the fact they are not tracking the code of the product to the person's order number. If the company did that, then no one would miss out. It seems a bit shady to me.

Unless you are well-versed with these types of gifts, you'll likely miss that you need to save a small code to get the large bottle. Most people, like my grandad, just thought it was a small sampler pack and discarded the paperwork as he didn't think there would be anything of significance on it.

This company seems very successful and should be better at this type of thing for its customers.
