Sample “Choices” for Online Orders *Never* sent!!

Hi Guys, I literally do not ever complain, but I’m just so, super frustrated. I just received another online order without the samples I chose. Of all my orders (many, many), I’ve received only *one sample* that I chose (Kat Von D. bows), *one time.* Why have us “chose” samples at all? It’s not true. It sets unfair expectations, and again, it’s not even close to true that you can actually choose your samples. Replacement with other samples is not the same, esp. bc I choose cruelty-free only. Also, again, it’s the *choosing for no reason.* I feel like I’m just being lied to at this point. Is this ever going to change?

I’ve been getting all the samples I picked out for the past 6 months. I guess every warehouse is different, I get majority of my orders from the Salt Lake City, UT location. Barely every get subs or no samples (those ones usually came from Memphis)

Hi! I came to this forum for the same reason. I received my order today and once again, my requested samples we not included. Does anyone know why??

The same thing happened to my recent order, 0 sample. I always chose skincare and fragrance over makeup and they always send me makeup samples I don't care about.
