Same day unlimited refund issue

I knew the deadline for my trial subscription was coming up so in the past few days I would go to my account to cancel my trial. However, I would try to enter my account and it would sign me out each each and I always has trouble logging until I tried a few more times. This would happen on my computer as well. I manage to successfully log in, but once I reached the same day unlimited tab it was say “oops something went wrong” each time! I was going to see if it worked again if I waited a day or two, and I did and it did the same thing! I know I should’ve contacted earlier but I’m a pretty busy as a student right now. I check to see if I can cancel it again today and it finally let me. Then I checked my bank account and guess what I was already charged!! I got no email or notification that my trial was about to end. I know i have to cancel before the deadline to receive a refund, but is there a way I can get a refund because I was having trouble with my account??! Please help me, I cannot afford this subscription as a student.
