Same day unlimited delivery subscription refund

Hello, I also experienced this same situation today… I clicked a month ago on the try for free and honestly thought they either already charged it within my last order (pay in 4) or at least I would get a notice by email to inform me it was going to be taken from my account a month later. Also usually my other subscriptions are shown in the subscriptions tab from my iphone. This is how I usually keep track of all subscriptions so this doesn’t happen. Of course I should have known better and be careful but also I could’ve been better informed by @sephora and should’ve received clear notifications/communications to ensure all is good. Could someone help with this @sephora , it really is an unfortunate situation and it puts me in a tricky position currently. I hope it can be resolved soon. Thanks in advance!
