Same day delivery

I ordered a same day delivery package yesterday on 1/8/26 & it says delivered but the delivery picture was not of my house. I asked my neighbors & they said they did not have it. I don’t know how to resolve this issue. Is there way I can speak to a representative to get this issue resolved?
